Data Deletion Instructions
Public instructions for requesting deletion or anonymization of data associated with a Money Pulse account.
1. Overview
This page is prepared for Meta/Facebook data deletion requirements and also applies to users who sign in with email or Google.
2. How to request data deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address used in Money Pulse.
- Use the subject: Data deletion request.
- Include your Money Pulse account email and the login provider used, if applicable: email/password, Google or Facebook.
3. What data will be deleted or anonymized
After validating the request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including account data, login identifiers, financial data entered by you, transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, preferences, synchronization data, cloud backups, associated Premium data and linked operational metrics where reasonably possible.
4. Processing time
We will normally process the request within a maximum of 30 days. Some data may be kept for longer if necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or minimal technical records.
5. Facebook Login users
If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove Money Pulse from Facebook using this path:
Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Money Pulse → Remove.
Removing Money Pulse from Facebook may revoke access permissions, but it does not always automatically delete data stored in Money Pulse. That is why you should send the email request if you want us to delete or anonymize data associated with your account.
