1. Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of your Money Pulse data and applies to all users.

2. How to request data deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address used in Money Pulse.
  2. Use the subject: Data deletion request.
  3. Include your Money Pulse account email and the login provider used, if applicable: email/password or Google.

3. What data will be deleted or anonymized

After validating the request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including account data, login identifiers, financial data entered by you, transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, preferences, synchronization data, cloud backups, associated Premium data and linked operational metrics where reasonably possible.

4. Processing time

We will normally process the request within a maximum of 30 days. Some data may be kept for longer if necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or minimal technical records.
