Terms for using Money Pulse, including permitted use, Free and Premium accounts, availability, payments and liability limits.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Money Pulse, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the app or its related services.
2. Service description
Money Pulse is a personal finance app for recording and organizing income, expenses, accounts, categories, budgets, charts, backups and synchronization. The service may include Free and Premium accounts, plan-gated features and cloud services.
3. No financial advice
Money Pulse is not a bank, financial adviser, tax adviser or investment services provider. The app is only for personal organization and financial tracking. We do not provide financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and we do not promise financial outcomes.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and freshness of the data you enter. You should review information before using it for personal, tax, accounting or financial decisions.
5. Permitted use
You must use Money Pulse lawfully, reasonably and in a way that respects the security of the service. You may not use the app for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity, or in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.
6. Prohibited use
- Accessing or attempting to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, technical limits or configuration errors.
- Performing malicious reverse engineering, abusive scraping, attacks, unauthorized testing or interference with the service.
- Introducing malware, spam, abusive automation or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Trying to bypass Free/Premium restrictions, payments, security controls or usage limits.
7. Free and Premium accounts
Money Pulse may offer free features and Premium features. Features, limits, prices and availability may change over time. Some Premium features may depend on synchronization, backups, exports, payments or third-party services.
8. Subscriptions and payments
If payments or subscriptions are offered, they will be processed through [PAYMENT_PROVIDER_IF_APPLICABLE] or another provider indicated at checkout. Specific pricing, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund terms will be shown during the purchase flow when applicable.
9. Availability, synchronization and backups
We try to keep Money Pulse available and reliable, but interruptions, delays, errors, connectivity loss, synchronization conflicts or backup failures may occur. You should keep your own copies or checks of important information.
10. Termination or suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if there is a security risk, abuse, fraud, non-payment or if required by law. You may also stop using Money Pulse and request data deletion by following the instructions at /data-deletion/.
11. Limitation of liability
Money Pulse is provided as a personal organization tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, financial decisions, user-entered data errors, interruptions, loss of profit, tax consequences or outcomes resulting from use of the app.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or service changes. We will indicate the effective date and, where reasonable, notify users of material changes.
